Beside the mid-range and high range property usually discussed here, i wanted to get suggestions from you all regarding some "low cost houses", klang valley area.

I have surveyed a few places , and the few places that interests me are like those in Sri Damansara (Meranti Apartments), Apartments in Damansara Damai, Flats in Pandan Indah, and some in Balakong area. Looking for something like " 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Apartment near amenities etc etc"

Budget is around 50k to 70k.

Just wanted it to be my first home and wanna "test" if i have the discipline to actually own a house, test the feel to own one.. bla bla.. just pure testing i guess.

Suggestions are appreciated.

wangsa maju here also not bad, near lrt

Seksyen 2 in Wangsa Maju area cost bout 90-100k.

Taman Impian Ehsan...there got Pangsapuri Bayu Suria also known as Summerfield Apartment....
last time...cost about RM99k...
i guess the price still valid...
worth asking around there...
got several units still vacant....
mostly at new block...7th floor - 12 i think....
1072 sqft on average...
spacious hall...also master bedroom....

i'm renting there currently...

wangsa maju is a great place bros, i know. still looking for sumthing around 50-70k there (very hard to find)

been searching balakong too, any specific taman or apartments to look at balakang?

one more thing, i found out some cheap ( or rather cheap) houses on auction. i heard its a hassle to buy one of those lelong houses. any recommendations on this.

Wangsa Maju area is good, very convenient indeed. You should expect at least 80k above.
