first n foremost u'll need to get involved with a group of buyers in the same predicament. bigger crowd always attract more attention n get things done. unfortunately there isn't any easy way out. the affected buyers would constantly need to pursue the matter with the ministry to help find someone else to revive the project or to negotiate on their behalf. the new company or organization if they r willing almost always will request for additional sum or payment from purchasers before they undertake the project.

u will see that there isn't really much the ministry of housing & local gov't can do for abandoned projects. only provide 'assistance'

this link should provide good info n case studies for those affected by abandoned projects.... http://www.hba.org.my/help/abandoned/ap_list_PQR.htm
