then run boss prefs.......then click on "more" and click on " Fix User Dir Permissions".... it should solve your problem

dun waste your time to restore.....unless u want to upgrade to firmware 2.1..... can?
try d step i suggest.....if cannot work then only restore to firmware 2.1
