Got invited for interview as well.

i'm one of their contractor... 4-6months will visit them once... yesterday i went there... as i feel the working environment, quiet environment, their working time are flexible 1, bcos that time i reach there around 830am... just few cats coming in, but till 930am also no much ppl working around 25th floor but they have another extended office at 24th floor... maybe everyone clearing their annual leave? as the staff's attitude, i feel ok with it bcos most of the staffs are youngster, not much uncle or auntie working there... they will heard my explanation as well for the problems although no within my responsibility, they accepted that, at least they wont take a screw driver keep screwing me... the office have at least 3 mat saleh as ur supervisors... but i think u have to deal with oversea customers (singapore, new zealand, australia ...) quite a lot, so u need to know how to communicate and fluent with english...

other than that, u figure out urself...

Is anyone know what this company specialize in ? How is the people there ?

waiting for reply, and heard from ex-colleague that bad blood was being washed away since last year by Germany HQ, now left only capable person, very goal-oriented and least politic issue, as those old pioneer created the politics and ganging all gone.....

I LOL-ed at these rumors.

This company has the least politic issue compare to others. It used to be great company with family bond type of working environment.

Was an ex employee there. I can say overall it's a good company.

1. Comp & Ben - They have good benefit. Their pay is at the high end pay if you compare to the market value. They have this extra allowance known as flexi benefit where you can claim almost anything. Even their insurance coverage is at premium for ALL employees.

2. Working environment - Most of the employees are young and dynamic. Average age i can say is less than 35, More than half of then are in their 20's. Very friendly and fun. They have this open environment where people always share everything among each other. A very nice pantry with coffee machine, where you can sit over the table to view KLCC.

3. Career path - I can say it's rather flat. Not much advancement, it's from junior to intermediate and to senior. That's it. It has 3 managers for each team. Unless they leave, else you can only stay as Senior consultant.

4. Training - A lot of trainings are provided, sometimes as if you will feel like you're there to attend classes. Fully utilise on this to upgrade yourself. They also have this knowledge sharing session once every month from whoever volunteered.

5. Job - This is very subjective. From what i observed, projects are mainly depending on counterparts. It's like they will only share bits and pieces of the projects and allocate it to the team here. Mainly supporting and maintaining. Since they do not have local markets projects, they can only wait projects coming in from other countries.

6. People - Apart from the management team, all the programmers are nice and friendly. A lot of expats, so you can experience different working culture.

I think thats about it. As for interview, i think it's toooo lengthy. You will go through technical and HR interviews which take at least 2-3 hours. Then, sometimes the german counterparts will interview you through Skype too. After going thru the tidious interview you thought you will get it, in the end, NO. So be prepared everyone!

No doubt the company is good, but my team wasn't. I cant work well with the team, so i chose to leave. Besides, i dont see career advancement there, as long as my manager is there, i cant proceed any higher. So, good luck to you if you ever join them.

I am a software engineer here in Arvato. I think this is the best company I ever joined so far. The onboarding process is super smooth even before my first day. On my first day , IT will give a briefing to me follow by HR. I got everything I needed to work on the first day already. They will assign a Buddy to me to make sure that I adapt to the working culture here for the first 3 months.

Recently we have big renovation. Before the renovation, the office already have many things like a pool table, foosball table, and console games which we could play during our break time.

After the recent another office floor where we can have more meeting rooms. There is even "Mother's Room" and "Nap room" for us to take power nap.

One of the best is hybrid working arrangement that I can still work from home 3 days and only required to work from office 2 days.
