No. Maybe your links down for a while/removed.

Maybe the files are reported and been removed while yu are downloading.

So my upload speed is the same with everyone? Any higher upload speed?

^No. That wont happen.
If yu download in the same time, then RS will detect. RS will send yu an warning email regarding the multiple downloading IP address  RS will ask yu to stop. If RS detect again. Then your RS acc will be blocked FYI: I already got 1 warning email from RS |
