speed ranging from 80kbps-1.3mbps...

now..the speed is still the same.but,d limit? haizzz....
lucky me,b4 my last acc expired..i go for 40gb+ downloads..haha...

to remedy my d/l freak status..i go as far as bought 2 rs acc...lol..

that's it.

I think their new premium account protection thingie doesn't work well. They should've test it before implementing it fullscale...

I buy this acc last month, only 2 person share it including me.
now this acc blocked, both of us cannot access it.

My speed is pretty weird today.
It always goes to top speed for awhile and that drops to 0kpbs.
After I pause my dl, it goes back to to top speed for awhile and then drops to 0kpbs again.
Keeps repeating itself.

It was meant so that phishers can't change the login of the account if they stole the account/convert the points on some accounts. It wasn't meant for users to start sharing accounts. RS isn't stoopid..

Im wondering what ip is actually the best for RS. Usually when nothing is wrong i can get up to 170kb but im not sure why but sometimes my dl speed is so slow like 30kb only. Any ideas guys?

As long as no two person tries to download at the same time with different IPs (not in the range assigned to Streamyx). It should be safe.

I had problems like those but my provider had warranty for me. So everytime problems like those arose he will give me a new account. I opted for the one year account.

Seems like it's pretty much sensitive with the lock on than without

I didn't activate the lock on all my accounts and it's still like normal so far with dynamic IPs

did u guys share accounts? mine seems ok so far. no sharing and no activation of the lock

Rapidshare has a "system" where it detect if the account being used by 2 different ip simultaneously, the account "probably maybe" or surely be blocked.To share between your friends,make sure you in the same network.Sharing account within the same IP will be no problem.

hoh..now i cant get to rs website..
