255 points per day?tat's the max points u can get from premium users...
i remote upload myself my stuffs i can get like average 400+ points per day over 4.5 days from both free users and premium users...
furthermore, this is illegal software

either the files got removed,or streamyx is farking around with their proxy, causing some sites to be unaccessable

on the other hand, it might be due to they reaching the breaking point liao, where the subscription fees are not really enuff to cover the server and bandwidth costs
cos so many generate account and sell outside, these income are not reaching them
but they dun want to increase the subscription, in case ppl run away

from what I see,you can see most ppl will ask for RS sites mainly in websites
I usually posts both RS and MU together, and from download records, RS alwiz get the most hits
I can easily rack up 255 points by premium users download by 10pm here on certain days where's the a lot of tv series being released, such as prison break, heroes, CSI Miami

simple tactic, get a premium account
it's as cheap as rm20 over here, not official from website of course



on another note, my hands got itchy this morning, and i locked my account with the security lock
then i realised they did not send me the security unlock code....
now had to email them and see for the code...
can some1 try to lock their account, then see if you receive the email?make sure u check if ur email address in the settings is correct first

i got mine previously also, when it first launched, was testing with it no problem
but since i started sharing a lot of stuffs recently, i left it unlocked
then today hand itchy go lock it, nv receive any unlock code from them
dunno their server overwhelmed or my acc got phished
can some1 test their security lock now?

tat 2.66 comes from 80gb/30 days cos they set 80gb per month

as i said before, last time when it first came out it did send the email once i click
but not today, no immediate email after clicking.
even request for forgotten password also no response
and i'm really sure when i confirmed the lock that the email is the 1 i'm using

and yes Farcy3r, i did send them a mail, not 1 but 10, and each of them got replied by the server stating that they are too busy to entertain my email for now cos they received too email to support already
it might be their server fault
oh well, i just can't really edit or delete the files, upload all ok
checked IP logs, all are mine, or MU's IP during remote upload process

can any1 test their security lock see if they send the unlock code to you?
and i mean today, not previously and then tell me it works...
i also had no problem previously, only today
for those already using security lock, request the code to be sent to u again today, see if there's any response from them

edit: seems like it's really a server problem this morning and afternoon here
i just re-requested for the unlock code, finally they send to me

y dun u just change ur username and password??

what kind of internet connection are u using?
wireless router?
if yes, try disabling the wireless connect direct thru wire and see
maybe some1 leeching ur wireless bandwidth
or possible just streamyx farking up

ppl can login to your account elsewhere, but won't affect your speed 1 lar
most probably is some problem at your exchange
if not mistaken, it's possible to change password online
not sure of the exact link

bandwidth miscapped happens a lot
last time i was using 384kbps package, when streamyx first came out
then after a while, there was free upgrade to 512kbps, i got free 1mb package for almost a year before they realise their mistake and return the speed back to 512kbps
tat was 2004-2005 around there

upload anything more than 5mb under your account to RS
then share out the links in forums, websites tat accept them
each download is roughly 1 point, subject to some conditions which u can read in the FAQs
also, bear in mind collector's account stuffs can only be downloaded bout 10 times
after that the link won't work anymore


speaking of Rapidpoints, I wish they don't limit Premium users points to 255 per day...
so far I can easily reach this by 10pm, and then there's the waste of 9 hours before they reset it....

not really, i only started last friday to gauge the demand
get a premium account, if the stuffs u upload is popular and u know where to post, u can easily get the 10k points you need for monthly extension within a month
furthermore, premium account links are there forever unless deleted by you or they got deleted
also, there's the unlimited download compared to collectors account

really, if u guys bothered to read the previous pages, i utilise the function called remote upload

as for wat I upload, that's for me to know and for u to guess

remote upload has nothing to do with your upload speed....
but yes, tat's bout streamyx speed tat I get too if I upload from my pc

just to clarify, your 512kbps in kilobits
most ppl when they mention 15-20kbps
they actually meant 15-20 kiloBytes, by convention they should use capital B when they mean bytes
then most ppl are just ignorant of it
although theoretically 512kbps upload package u should get bout 64kBps, streamyx suck ass too much to be giving this speed
