hv u tried remote uploading? upload it to a free file sharing then u can remote upload to RS

I schedule my downloads to download 2 files/parts at a time


i wouldnt say the quality is the same

i still prefer avi. mainly because its a standard file format and playable in most (if not all) media players.

just a thought. if i use my rs account at home. then i use it at the office sometimes (NOT RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME) will they say its sharing because of the different IPs?

this no sharing rule is crap la

the thing is, there are some ppl who got their accounts blocked because of the dynamic IP of streamyx. im just worried it'll happen to me

is it true that for maxis BB, u can only download certain times at nite?

and whats the speed u get from downloading RS files?

u can queue ur downloads using most download managers - a lot of us here like to use Internet Download Manager - so that it downloads # num of files at one time.

So lets say u got 30 parts, and set it to download 2 files at a time, after part 1 &2 is finished, then 3 & 4 will be downloaded. and so on, and so forth

personally my daily quote is 10gb so i hvnt had that problem yet. but here are some suggestions:

maybe u can agak2 how much is your downloads then only queue enough downloads to fit ur quota. The rest of the links can be save in a notepad file which you can import later.

or else, IDM has this function to stop downloading at a certain time (eg 5am) so again you can agak2 your connection speed and stop it when the quota is full. Not sure if FDM has that feature.

when you enter it in yr browser, do you get The option to download Free or Premium?

you must set in your rapidshare account settings to automatically download.

have u guys heard of rs premium link generator? I just got a link for a website that lets you download 5 files then u can download from there.

how slow is it? i think i'll try one first. they got a limit of 5 links tho

its getting rather irritating to read. Yes streamyx doesnt hv the best service but its (one of ) the only one we got. the only way to totally eliminate ur problem, move out of msia. then again, i bet other places also got certain problems and dissatisfied customers

depend on your college. some (i think most) colleges impose some kind of rules to avoid excessive use of their bandwidth. I know someone who downloaded so much from RS on his uni's internet that RS got banned soon after.

there are usually ways of bypassing it la - proxies and what not.
