ok..to put it bluntly..
dec 2nd is the date for GTA4 release..since the game takes up almost 14GB,& lots of ppl trying to d/l it at the same time,together with numerous uploads of the game..so,extra strain experienced there...
the game is probably the hottest stuff around now..like a bit of cheese being swarmed by millions of rats..imagine the traffic jam..
in fact,some of the users here started experiencing much lower transfer rates..i hear ppl getting ~1-2kbps now..pity them...
