At the moment, can't fully utilized my RS acc coz my Celcom bb connection really SUX right now
Can't wait to return to college, after this semester break, and use my uni wifi to download kaw-kaw!!

errr.... secondary schooler here... college will allow us to download? or we use lappie and steal their bandwidth

Dunno whether it was allowed or not, in my uni, to use the computer lab or computer at the library to download RS. Never try
But, yes. More convenient to use our own lappie and steal their bandwidth!

depends on what college or university

like mine can.... if your a premium user easier....
use the lab computer but only limited up till 5pm.... but u can bring your own computer into the hostel...which...everyone does

depend on your college. some (i think most) colleges impose some kind of rules to avoid excessive use of their bandwidth. I know someone who downloaded so much from RS on his uni's internet that RS got banned soon after.

there are usually ways of bypassing it la - proxies and what not.

What so special about rapidshare ah?
I though it just a website that let us download things

yes many many things like drama, movies, comics, books, games, software, ahem, etc

for most ppl, its faster than torrents

geez mine still 50kbps.

For the past 2 days, I can't download at premium RS speed. Is it b'cos of the RS problem or Celcom BB problem?
