about u question... its u operation system(windows) 32bits... if yes... 32bit just detect u rams at 3.25gb onli....
if u take 64bit.. u can get full ram..
about flash bios... they give warning because flash bios can make u system running malfunction...
if dunt have any problem with u old bios.. the good is use it smile.gif... i update my bios ... now f10..
enough as long dunt have problem..

i just brought ep45-ud3p... support crossfire ....
i check compare with ep45-ud3p and ep45-ud3r..
got 3 different..
1) ep45-ud3p = got 2 gigabyte lan with teaming ( ud3r = just 1gb lan)
2) ep45-ud3p = got TPM for more security database(ud3r = dunt have)
3) ep45-ud3p = support crossfire(ud3r = just 1 slot pci 2.0 Express x16)

got 3 different ep45-ud3p and ep45-ud3r..
so far... using it .. very2 easy to overclock.. e7400 also easy reach 4.2ghz overclock smile.gif

yeah im using ep45-ud3p too for a year already.good to overclock even for beginners noob like me of 1 month oc knowledge catch up currently oc on my q9400 3.60ghz with 1.300 vcore 8gb ram makes me squeeze harder on more MCH voltage ram volts as well...indeed there's 1 more 4th difference if i not mistaken that is the dolby surround output sound or something to do with that right..too bad it didnt get me to use all the 3 benefits since im on 1 piece 4870 graphic card, creative sound blaster audigy and all those TPM stuff didnt touched it at all b4 lol sad.gif
