Here is a tutorial on how to access, copy from, and write to private folder on very new firmwares that are not yet hackable from the phone. I also added the files needed to install any application without signing or changing the date.

N.B.!: this method works only on windows xp for now.

Files you will need:

now, let us begin:
(It is best to uninstall anything regarding nokia from control pannel\add remove programs. It can work with pcsuite also, but you may encounter problems)
-uninstall everything regarding nokia in control pannel\add remove programs.
-delete nokia folder from c:\program files\common files
-delete nokia folder from c:\program files\
-delete temporary internet files
-use a registry cleaner (i.e. tweaknow regcleaner)
-reboot.
(if you dont want to uninstall pcsuite, you can jump over the steps above)

Installation part:
1. extract all archives downloaded.
2. install msxml6_x86.msi
3. install vcredist_x86.exe
4. install Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver.msi
5. install Nokia Flashing Cable Driver.msi
6. install Nokia Service Tool Drivers.msi
7. install Phoenix Service Software 2008 4 7 ....msi (do not start it)
8. install phoenixreg.exe
9. install Phoenix_2006_2008_patch.exe (run it, click patch, you will get three messages:first one click no, second click no, third, overwrite.)
10. install Phoenix_Browser.exe (it is in russian i think, just click next next next)
11. install Phoenix_To_Internal.exe (also next next next)

Now, run Phoenix.(if you didnt uninstall pcsuite, exit it)
-in Phoenix, click "settings" button, on right side of connection.
-click add
-from driver tab, select usb, than click ok, and then ok.
-from connections tab, select usb.
-connect your phone, without sim and sd card in pcsuite mode.
-go to file - scan product. -> your menu will change.
-from operating mode select local. -> your phone will reboot, going into local mode. (it may give an error. dont worry, just select local again, until no error appears)
-now, go to product - phone browser.
-close the window that appeard
-go to my computer
-enter Phoenix Phone Browser
-now you have access to all directories. everything is accessible to you.
NOTE THAT YOU CAN NOT COPY ENTIRE FOLDERS WITH PHOENIX PHONE BROWSER. YOU WILL HAVE TO CREATE THE FOLDERS MANUALLY, AND COPY THE FILES INTO THE FOLDERS.
-after copying all you have to copy, select normal instead of local from phoenix software and you are done. insert sim and sd and you are finished!
i just copied my n-gage savegames with this method on my n82 v30.
you can also add the two files from "Files for install" archive to c:\sys\bin\ so you will be able to install any application.
