OMG I messed up my password reset, now can't login. Reset everything, restored to factory settings, still NO ENTRY!

Anyone know if service centre can help and how much will they charge?

Linux Model 900 problem with BIOS Passwd:

Friend here suggested Google. Lots of tips but while trying some out, I restored the set a third time, then the SetupWIzard appeared and all OK again. Some users with same problem said they suspect the Personalization/Password software wonky.

Can someone walk me through installing an Aztech USB UM3100 dialup modem into a Eee Linux (non-Ubuntu)unit? Can't find drivers or discussion on how to do it.

Hi, it's been a looong time since I've looked in here. I have a 900 series with original Linux and need some advice:

[1] Does the Yes Go dongle work with this?

[2] What are the recommended current upgrades -- Ubuntu, Windows, etc?

[3] Please point me to the relevant pages here or web links if info available.

I've just looked here after a few years. Finally feeling the urge to change/upgrade the OS from original 900 Linux to Windows.

Is there someone in a shop that will do it for me for a small fee?
