i'm using it..but unfortunately not under local warranty..

wifi on, brightness at 40%, moderate work - 8hr 20min

wifi on, brightness 100%, moderate work -6 hr 23min

both in power saving mode feature.

using win7 on 1000he...driver wise, win7 detect all except for acpi driver and 1 device which i can't remember...but th bundle cd provide the necessary driver...so no problem so far on the driver issues except for some of the function keys cannot operate which i think is only minor setback compare to what the win7 offer...

try using win7 on other person laptop/pc.. if you feel there is no benefit then just stick to win xp..

for me there is no turning back when using win7
