is 1015b much worst than 1215b?

i am considering these two model: new asus 1215B jz came out with AMD E450 ,price:1299 HP pavillion dm1-4000AU also with almost the same spec,but price 1099. any idea??? |

Anyone who own the new 1215b has the keyboard and touchpad problem?cause I like to buy one but scare will got the problem and I dun wan to dissemble it to tix myself

installed win 7 32bit (ehem) version,
