Yup, all these have been done before, but the newbies simply ignore them and post their queries touch-and-go nonetheless. Making it official does not negate the fact that you are unaware of what had happened in here, and that alone make the current moderators ineffective in looking after this section.

We ask for pinning of certain threads, some were entertain, some were ignored and left to drown to the later pages. Later when the newbies sees that their queries not being answered, they assume their normal routine of asking those questions whose answers are in those threads that was requested to be pinned before.

DavidGary had been selfless in his effort in curbing unnecessary repeating and redundant questions, but you can only do so much when both the newbies and the Powers-That-Be here decides to put obstacles in his path.

And what's making me curious is, Why only now? Were we that LOW in priority that only now only the ones who are supposed to look after this forum are mobiliving frantically to clean up an already ugly mess? To me it is easy, if you cant step up to the duties that are entrusted to you, then step down, let others do it.
