if you dont use they will spoil. for the klipsch promedia, they are popular to failure (check forums.klipsch.com) cause of overheat and much more.
its the amp, not the enclosure itself. klipsch enclosure are solid...
im worried about my gmx so i sold it off and get the ifi cause there are less case of ifi dead. (i mean just google : klipsch ifi dead, versus klipsch promedia dead). i really hope any of my speakers did not fail after time... even my old 96' sony hifi still working fine..
