I audit then next time buy, mana tau my fren kena poison terus buy liao. For him no problem coz he is putting in the living room & mine in a small room. While we tested in the shop volume 30 SW +5 Bass +4 Treble +4 already enough to attract passer by d.

I don't really like ur setting there, the bass from the SubWoofer will be weak if you put the SW at +5, I suggest you tweak it to +8 if not at least 6 then only the sub woofer bass can be felt You're testing with Asus Xonar rite? Won't the vol 30 too loud?

suppose when plug in the headphone, the speaker will mute, this works for my C2.
i think the headphone jack is giving you the problem. probably the bypass switch inside is spoilt.
you can try open up and take a look

I used Xonar EQ setting to enhance bass, too much bass & vibration might drop the vocal quality. juz my personal taste

Aiyoh don't use EQ mah....spoil the shape of the sound =\ use the speaker control much better, or better, if possible tune your room acoustic to get what u wanna hear...

Yea, I hv my own preference coz for me by tweaking the treble to +4, the sound is pretty bright, so I'm adjusting the bass to +6 to soothe the sound

Yeap, and also putting sound absorbing material on certain areas of the room to absorb unwanted sound. LOL. It's just a suggestion plus it requires alot of budget

Stock cable vs DIY cables that my friend make for me that value about RM 60 make difference already. Monster would pawn those anytime i guess...
