tuesday workout
Jog: 5min skull crusher: 1.10KGx12 2.12.5KGx12x4 cable pull-tricep(donno wat this call) 5 KGx10x3 Dips. failed..shit. arms got no enegry ady Squat: 40KGx7x3 leg press: 50lbsx10x3 incline leg press ??lbsx7x3 Notes on creatine: feel thristy all the time. did measure how much i take coz cant find the measurement scoop from the EAS container...so i only take very small scoop. dont have any feel extra strong, maybe the dosage is damn low. gonna stop taking for awhile, coz feel very heaty. still got cough. If i`m not wrong, u need plenty of water when you're taking creatine.
