Just came back from australia, bought a wii fit set(board and cd). Just found out that my console cant read the cd, and check out the wii fit game cover mentioned "compatible on wii pal version only".

My wii console is original US version, and now only found out that NTSC-U and PAL is NOT WORKING vice-versa. Anyone can help me on this? Google alot, and all the ppl there no luck on this... Just wonder if anyone of you can play Wii fit PAL on US wii console?

i would suggest u to sell it n get a new one...or find someone to trade it with u

Freeloader may be? If you have upgraded your firmware to 3.3 or above you can forget about freeloader though.. next alternative would be modding your Wii

From what i remember, uploading the Wii Fit disc already requires an update to the wii.

I think the best choice is for u to sell the pal version and get the US version. IF you can, try getting the one sold by local shops (US game but the board is in jap.)

But I do believe the update isn't 3.3 quite yet.. it came out near the freeloader's launch IIRC

my wii console already 3.3U.
so means that need to sell both wii fit board n game? or just game only?

so, is it my wii fit board working fine if i find someone wii fit game ntsc cd duplicate?

I don't think the board is region coded, don't take my words for it though. It's not easy to sell a PAL Wii game here TBH since there aren't too many owners here. How much would you expect to get from that game?

i think hardware shouldn't have region blocked. just that PAL cd, sigh.
I just put the wii fit cd into my dvd room, it seem cannot read, so wonder if my anyone got the NTSC cd i also can't duplicate too.

only software is region lock, not hardware.

the best solution is you sell your PAL Wii Board, and get a NTSC/US.
