i think they ping the DNS server...  they sit happy at my desktop just do the ping... hehe back then ive already have 27 report number...

to me the problem its really simple and easy.... as was my phone line struck by lightning and my snr going down to -10 and i request to check the line....

BUT NO!!! they love the pingy thing... after that they said the internet already ok... but its not... some of them dont know what is snr margin thing
ive make a 1st report on 27 july 2008, 1st person came to my house on 19 october 2008, and obviously his doing nothing and ive told him the problem is my phone line its not working.[he cannot solve the problem]

2nd person come the next morning at 8 am, his not even breakfast yet he he just come, sit at my pc and do the ping thing..then dia kata" ok dah nih bang, tak dc dah", he just leaving and im still getting dc every 5 minute 

3rd person come and this time im really angry... he ask me where is my pc, then i said " bang sorry la... sebelum u all duduk senang-lenang depan pc saya, apa kata abang pi check phone line dulu boleh tak?" hehehhe then he check the phone line... and i was right!! and he really look shock that the people came before him never check the phone line not working 

everything finally ok... but after that report for full rebate as ive got no connection for 3 month...AND I GOT FULL REBATE AT RM49.00!~ lolzzzzzz

i make a report back about full rebate..but now with a lawyer, after 3 days my full rebate get approve...lolz... and now everything settle!~ thanks to the 3rd person for settling the problem and hear me out
