You could try Skynet, I've received a couple of parcels from them and they are quite reliable. Unless you're planning to courier a lot of stuff / going full time in online trading, you don't need to open an account with them.

If you want to go full time then open an account with them. I hear you can get better prices and they will send a pickup truck to your place if the quantity is big enough.

Normally I think they need you to be able to send a minimum amount each month for you to open an account.

If you reli want the best, U can go for DHL, FedEx those big companies. But I don't think their worth it for sending within our own country.

I personally like Secure Xpress better since they can combine parcels heading to the same person. Good for big deliveries. Unlike other companies who count each parcel by its weight, Secure combines all the weight of parcels heading to the same address and calculates the rate. As the rate per kg is cheaper as it increases this would make it cheaper.

But if you are sending small items, you could try SkyNet. Quite reliable.

If u send alot to Sabah and Sarawak, use back Poslaju. All courier services go back to them when there are oversea shipments. The quality of the service will be the same anyway and poslaju is cheaper.

For cheap postage fee, go for Poslaju.
For reliability, go for GDex/Skynet/DHL/FedEx.

haha, lemme share the surereach experience ever once and last time in my life

I remember my bf bought sth in lyn and the seller used SureReach to courier his parcel. Usually express parcel only takes 1 working day to arrive the destination. However, i remembered the delivery boi took about one week to send the parcel. It was so curious and we keep calling the cs but they claimed that they have already sent out for delivery and it suppose to arrive destination long time ago. So we called to the branch to follow up the parcel and keep tracking and bothering the cs ppl vmad.gif

After a week and the guy arrived and he replied on his late delivery's reason

Accordingly to the malay guy, he went back to kampung few days for raya holiday thus he didn't send the parcel ON TIME.

Well, here comes the question, and if so why the courier company didnt send someone to replace his duty??? doh.gif

i would suggest u to read through the thread in this resource centre.
u might be able to get fastest/good price courier cpny, but for VERY SAFE hmm.gif no one can guarantee...even the courier company itself.

be it skynet, pos laju, gdex, sure reach...u can read complaints abt them so frequent.
i guess its more to LUCK!!

so if ur looking for very safe, go for courier that has very good customer service sense i would say....lol
to ensure the cpny are responsible enough to follow up and settle yr complaint, if any

If you are sending anything expensive, esp gadget, do not go for Poslaju, it is not safe!

Till now, as for my own experience, i would prefer GDex for sending expensive items. I have sent mobile phones, receive mobile phones and even sending laptop via them. Reach safely and without delay.

It's ur fren's unlucky day. In fact, it happens to all courier service provider in Malaysia, not only Skynet. Lodge a report for such incidents, they will go into it.

I never posted anything using courier service but has received a lot of parcels using different courier services. I find Airpax Express to be the cheapest and the services are good. Gdex and Kangaroo are a bit expensive but also good. Haven't tried Skynet yet though I usually choose PosLaju as my main courier service for receiving package.
