I also own US iphone 3g. Need to remove simcard if want to sync with my macbook. If simcard and sim adapter inside, it shows error. My iphone version is 2.0. Now thinkin to upgrade it. When connect with macbook, it says latest version 2.1 are available. Can i simply upgrade ? im afraid if sim adapter cant works with version 2.1 .

wow.. u have much money to spend on iphone. so whats the story bout your US set? sold? how much u get the HK set?

i think there shud be no prob even he get back here.. if the dev team get the solution bout the unlock, no matter where on earth u still can do it. |

I think it is better if stick to fw 2.1. Wait untill the dev team release the soft unlock for our iphone. (dont know when
