Check out this new rpg ds game called Away shuffle dungeon . from the visionary of Hironobu Sakaguchi .. kinda interesting from the trailer

not only Hironobu Sakaguchi (Final Fantasy father), the game also involves artist Naoto Oshima (creator of Sonic the Hedgehog) and music composed by Nobuo Uematsu (the legend!)...

sounds like another Chrono Trigger in the making... have u tried it rhoyo?

yup i have tried it . the game concept is easy . as u can see that there are 2 screens one upper dungeon and lower dungeon . if the timers run off ( the dungeon will shuffle ) and in either each of the dungeons u must quickly stay at that spot to prevent u from going back to way u start off . yup there are boss battle after u finish the dungeons .

the characters are quite simple . u play as sword ( quite a weird name ) and u must save anelle ( this is quite cliche ) . and so on u must finish battling all the monsters in the dungeon . ( basicly u just move sword and slash all the way in the dungeon )

wow i didn't know they are sonic people doing this game no wonder the sound effect kinda like sonicish . and the music is simple marvelous

oh ya i forgot to mention that this game is a Mistwalker game ( no wonder got hironobu doing this game he he he )

hehe...i've also tried it out a bit...only finished 2 dungeons so far... well the CGI is quite nicely done! the character, Sword reminds me of Cloud in FF7, especially the 'boxy, squary' hands!!!

the graphic is the best i've seen on ds so far...3D in the overworld and far perspective! yeah! but the 2D during dungeon is like meh...and when battle the first boss, cannot control the camera, so can't see the boss going where sometimes...

yea, the music is awesome, i liked the music when u are saving the game!!! overall the music is lighthearted and cheerful mostly. and the short spoken words, reminds me of Brave Fencer Musashi!

ok will continue more but maybe stuck coz i heard the game will be getting too difficult the more u progress into the game...

The game graphics reminds me of Legends of Legaia, 'boxy' tree, 'boxy' house

oh and yeah, 'boxy' people.

man so sad that the game getting low marks everywhere...
anyway seems like so far playing (just finished forest dungeon), the gameplay is very repetitive... i don't find much use in fupongs... and the overworld maps are so small??

only the music saves the day
