I'll be setting up a co. to sell Australian properties in Malaysia, those of you who have dealt with Australian properties, what are the things that I should get ready? :-

1) Where is the most convenient place for an office for customers?
2) Besides Australian Banks, is there any local banks that provide loan for Australian properties?
3) What are the documentations besides the S&P that a customer needs?
4) Now that Australian currency is almost on par with Sg currency, will it be a good time to buy now?
5) What other facilities should I provide on behalf of the customer?
6) At the moment, some properties provide a rental guarantee of 6.5%, is that sufficient?
