QUOTE(wxtye @ Oct 28 2008, 12:22 PM) using linksys wusb54gc, works just fine on vista x64 Surprise! I could not find Vista x64 driver for WUSB54GC on Linksys support page. Linkysys listed WUSB54GC as Vista 32 compliance only WUSB54GC Compact Wireless-G USB Adapter 32 bit TBD QUOTE(XiuKeong @ Oct 28 2008, 03:18 PM) Using Aztech WL230usb...So far so good. Connection stable. Thanks, Bro. Got it, will get it and try later. This post has been edited by kylinlee: Oct 28 2008, 04:37 PM

QUOTE(outdoorxplorer @ Oct 28 2008, 09:21 PM) Using Linksys WUSB300N with Vista Ultimate X64. Driver update through Windows Update. I used to own WUSB300N but it fail to connect to my D-Link WiFi Router DI-524UP as well; I also did google the connection between WUSB300N and DI-534UP, it seems both are not working well. You may ask me why don't change to N router? Because DI-524UP is bundle with Penangfon and ISP claimed that they did customize firmware on DI-524UP, other router may not work with Penangfon.

QUOTE(cstkl1 @ Oct 29 2008, 12:47 PM) just google and find the oem drivers to get it working and then use vista update to get the proper ones.. Is not easy on Vista x64. As I mentioned on my 1st thread, Dlink WDA-110 is come with x64 driver but it's not 'stable' under x64 environment, it keep disconnect or fail to connect.

Bot the Aztech WL230USB this afternoon @ the price of RM55, it seems the most cheapest WiFi G USB adaptor in town I installed with the driver which released on v030407, then run the Vista Update, the Vista prompted for new driver update again. The unit seems working well and looks more stable than my previous WDA-110 under Vista x64 environment Again, thanks to XiuKeong good advise

Haha. No problem. If your router support the 128mbps, can get the advanced usb adapter.

Well, I have the drivers for this one. Since I just bought this not too long ago... the cd contains drivers for Vista X64. Just not very stable only. Sometimes disconnect liao, it wont auto reconnect. http://www.decimation.com/markw/2007/12/04...54gc-and-vista/http://forums.linksys.com/linksys/board/me...scending&page=1Linksys forum seem to have some answer. Yeah, I use Belkin G+ WiFi adapter... costs RM120 + I bought two of these... one for my old family PC and another for my sister lappy... both old Connection really really good. Unfortunately, there is no official support for Windows Vista 64bit . The main site directs user to download Radlink Wi-Fi drivers. It still works, but there is a program running the Wi-Fi... instead of everything being 'naturally able to pick-up wi-fi signals'...
