To me most of the donuts tasted the same. It is the glazing that you are tasting. Ever thried the classic donut? I saw the KK outlet in Berjaya Times Sq. but didn't try it.

However, anything franchise that is handled by Berjaya will make the brand loose it lustre. Look at 7-11 and Starbucks! You see lower grade coffee and badly trained baristas. 7-1 is a mess, you even find 2 to 3 outlets in one neigbourhood. To Berjaya, it is money first, money second and money third!
