Sata HDD setting, Need help~

I am using sata 2 hdd A to run my windows, but than i wan to backup soemthing for my another sata 2 hdd B wif windows too.
So if i put both hdd and reboot, which windows will run? But i wanted to run windows in hdd A and trying not to mess-up my windows setting or else everytime i start my windows it asking to run which windows both is windows xp please help! |

set hdd A as first hdd in bios and it should boot from hdd A
|
