Stumbled across this very informative website

http://investorsanonymous.blogspot.com/

It seems there are so many new high end condos coming up in and around KL, many due to completion over next 36 months. I wonder if there are that many locals willing to pay 5K+ a month in rent to support the market. IMHO, I doubt it. So are there really that many expats in KL? What do you think?

Not many(especially nowadays as the expat pool will shrink due to global downturn), hence I anticipate those who speculated and then bought high end properties will learning a very interesting lesson come 2009-2010.

FYI, this blogspot belongs to a very cunning lady investor/speculator and you'll notice that she's blatantly biassed towards all the projects that she has vested interest in. No harm reading but pls take her recommendation like a pinch of salt.

U have been warned wink.gif

agree with pai.

i believe high end developments r largely dependant on political stability n of course robust economy. both seems to be heading south at this time. its really quite interesting to see what happens towards the mid n end of 2009.
