wrong. celcom dosent checking student or not.
anybody with mycard/passpord age between 12-25 years can register uox/sox. malaysian or not can apply. indon, myammar, bangladesh, african etc can apply.

celcom xpax and hotlink talk/total/sms plan still have adjacent rm1.40/minute & non adjacent rm2.60/minute rate.
