I want to share something interesting about DIGI Broadband (Unlimited Data Plan)....I just found it out by D'Chat and talked to their CS to double confirm...

We can subscribe and unsubcribe to RM66 package at any time, and the charge will be pro-rated...

for example....today (tuesday) i subcribe and after two days (let say Thursday) I unsubscribe, they only charge for number of days we use, and in this case (RM66/30)X 3days only RM 6.60. Consider cheap if we compare to C daily unlimited data plan RM6.

But the down side....activation can be done after 24 hours of application (can apply through helpline/D'Chat).

However, it is great for people that want to use internet periodically (going outstation/ doing assignment, etc)

I believe M or C did not use prorated charge but they charge for the whole month...correct me if i am wrong.....

you all know something.....on Digi, by doing auto debit you can save RM5 per account.....the best thimg is ....you can seperate your supp line account and use auto debit to all account, and all account will get RM 5 discount each....

however, by seperate the account...you will charge RM3 for itemised bill...nevermind...apply for online billing and that RM3 will be waived....

To eligible for SSFD (Supplemetary SIM For Data) RM 33, one need to subscribe voice+unlimited data package (example: DG50 + RM66 Data Unlimited in one phone number).....then Digi will provide one DOS for RM33 if we apply for it...

However...RM33 SSFD cannot be obtained if someone subscribe to principal DOS (Data Only SIM RM66)


For further information....please browse digi.com.my or you can call friendly digi consultant ..... or use D'chat through OCS....for me I prefer D'chat because they are very helpful and trained...

I also kena like this last time....just try email them (maybank2u support) all the details...they may be reply the SMS or top-up directly to our phone...but it will take 3-4 days for them to fully response...

Yes....can.... Autodebit rebate also can....

I never try this...but I have D'chat with Digi asking about this >> seperate the SSFD account...and apply for autodebit....and Digi say yes can be done and will enjoy RM5 rebate tooo....that mean RM5+RM5 for two account (DG20 & SSFD)....

In addition....please subscribe to online bill....will get RM 3 rebate per account...

your phone use GPS??? do you often use GPS function???
Assisted GPS will connect through diginet for better/faster GPS detection....i think that the culprit....so, go to your phone menu and disabled Assisted GPS....

Alternatively, you can opt to change your postpaid plan to DG20 and your suppline to family basic (RM10)............in total you only pay RM30 per month if you not use it....cannot afford it??

May I correct you Mr Viking......GPRS usage under PAYU is included in RM50 commitment fees....

If Data Unlimited plan (RM66) is not included in RM50 commitment fees

Fruitie...

1) Try clearing your internet cache, browsing history, etc
2) restart browser..
3) go to ocs page...then try login....if same message come out.....do not try to enter login details at the same page, but select login at left side panel, and login again....
