Anyone transfer to DiGi from Maxis? How long do they take to transfer? They say within 24 hours, but still... would like to get it from people who have done it.

What's the cut off period? After I make some calls or SMS, I check the balance but it still says the same thing. It gets updated every midnight or what? Thanks.

I just registered for OCS. I'm a supplementary line holder. If I change my email address and other settings, will this affect the primary line holder's account? Thanks.

Yes it's separate. Maintaining separate account is charged RM3, yes? Or was that itemised billing? I'm confused. Is there a page with all these charges? I couldn't find it. Like auto-debit = RM5 rebate, etc.

How do you know? I'm using 012 and I'm with DiGi. That's what MNP is for, dude. Keep old number and go to other telco. Maybe now already 40 of your friends with DiGi.

Wanna ask something. I'm a supp line for DG50. When I SMS my primary line (haven't tried calling), my statement/balance will show 5 sen for each SMS. Is this normal? Do they calculate the free call/SMS/MMS only when the bill comes out?

But... but... my supp commitment is RM30 and I don't wanna go over this. If they include all calls/SMS to my primary line which will be deducted later, then my balance is not accurate anymore, so how to estimate how much balance I still have? As for the dispute, SMS phone numbers are not shown on the OCS itemised bill, only the 3-digit prefix, so I also don't know which are for primary and which are other people.

Wanna ask, those charges like Mobile TV etc., are they separately charged or still fall under the commitment fee? Meaning if balance still not up to commitment amount, can buy those stuff for fun.

Yes same case as me. The transactions which went into unbilled could not be recalled, so we'll just have to call them up for a refund when the statement comes out. I believe next month onwards, free calls would not be listed

Nope, supplementary follow principle rate for voice calls only. SMS depends on whether your recipient is on- or off-net.

Hmm one thing bad about Digi is that the digital billing via OCS is only available after 8 working days from the statement date. That's like more than 10 total days, man...

I also have billing mistakes. DG50 and supp line, both pay pro-rated commitment + call charges + stamp duty + data usage = way more than it should have been, and no rebate for auto-debit payment. Anyway chatted with them via D'chat and they will adjust in the next bill.

Digi not giving good experience for me... at first they even charged between primary and supp line... need to call them also... many glitches...

What's this stamp duty thing? RM10, man. Is it hidden fee?

I thought I noticed a feature where Digi will SMS you about your unbilled amount before your statement is due. I couldn't find it anymore. Did I see wrongly?
