hiya, i'm thinking of switching from a truck...to a duck too laugh.gif currently using hotlink prepaid.

i hope some Digi officers can answer my questions:

1. the free prepaid 365 validity period (after switching), when will the promotion end?

2. is getting the 365 validity period = automatically subscribe for Super Long Life? or do i need to subscribe Super Long Life after my 365 validity ends?

3. do i need to immediately purchase a reload pack after i switch? or can i reload later?

4. will i be eligible for the birthday bonus (extra 50%) on my first reload? my b'day around the corner tongue.gif

5. how does the b'day bonus work? assuming my b'day is on 10 Nov, reloading on which day will give me 50% more?

6. am i correct to assume that to continue using Super Long Life, i need to pay rm30 every year? can this rm30 be deducted from my credit itself?

7. will my following sinister plan work? tongue.gif
-> i switch 3 days before my b'day, and then get a rm30 reload, so that i get rm45->1 year later, i reload rm60 within my b'day period, to get rm90. at the same time, let them deduct rm30 to continue my Super Long Life->repeat cycle till i learn how to talk more.

sorry for the plethora of questions & thanks for answering biggrin.gif notworthy.gif

lol i learn a new word, "plethora" smile.gif
i couldnt answer ur question accurately, but AFAIK for being so long with digi, i think new user wont be entitled to get the birthday bonuses, need to stay for at least a year for that.. thats what it was last time when i started using digi, i couldnt get the birthday bonus for the 1st time smile.gif

1.when promotion end duno .. if u switch now u will get 1 year validity instantly
2. u dont have to subscribe super long life .. its automatic 1year validity if u port from other telco
3.Nop .. u dont have to .. u will begin ur account with RM1.01(free from digi) and validity of 1 years .. u dont have to reload if u dont want
4. not sure
5. 3day before to 3days after (6days in total between ur birthday)
6. yeap can be deducted from the credit .. but if u port now u'll get 1 year free validity .. super long life mayb next year only uu need it . by that time mayb promotion end edi loh
7.well .. mayb if the super long life still exist by that time

Just now my application got rejected cause i never pick up the phone on a hiking trip. So i use D' Chat and ask again. The CS personnel really say that any credit there will be credited back to my digi le

just check the image properties for the image link, or right-click image, use the 'Copy Image Location' (firefox)

edit: some more, save the image then upload it on your own favourite image hoster (eg: imageshack, photobucket)
