i went into their website to look for some info but none of their product section mention about this Insurance. is it not important for them to publish this insurance policy or they are not specialized in this policy?

need to find a better one.

This section is for ppl to share their knowledge.
And we would appreciate if you share it here and not PM or call me style.
Another advertising post I see from you in this section would warrant you a suspension.

So the question here is quite straight forward - Best Fire and Insurance Company. So with your "many years of experience" could you list down the pros and cons?!

hi shiewai, hope you can share with us the fire and loss insurance policy. I heard that if your house has alarm or gated and guarded community, the premium is lower.

ok, sorry for that...there are actually no pros and cons for fire insurance. it only the perils made the different. all the fire insurance are tariff in malaysia. if your sum insured exceeding RM10million and above, you may request for a self-rating or special rating. the premium is calculated based on the construction class and business trade. hard to explain further..maybe you give some question and i try to answer from there or some study case..

for alarm or gated and guarded community is normally for special rating and self rating. there are discount given for FEA Warranty and all the 3 things is include inside.

for house insurance, is either you buy onli fire insurance which cover your building,air-cond,renovation and etc...if not, just take the package coverage call Houseowner and Householder Policy. inside this package, it have all the standard cover and the premium are cheap but the sum insured are low. if you seperate it, you may have to pay more becoz you decide the sum insured you want..so it will b more expensive...

is no matter which company you take, the coverage are the same.and the premium are the same. is only the service provided by the agent or company are good or bad only..some choose brand company and some choose service.

The true test of whether an insurance company is good is when you make a claim. Do they make it easy...or they make things really difficult when you make a claim.

Talk to your friend/relatives who have experienced making a claim... if their insurance company paid up quickly and with minimum hassle then it's good!.

not every case are the same..when come to claim, many factors involved..the claim department will review your policy on the warranty, clauses, and perils. so, in the market, some agent just simply put the warranty, clauses and perils..when come to claim, the problem arise..this cant claim and that cant claim..for example, spray printing warranty..there are quite complicated case for this..if this clauses put into their policy, in the event of claim, and the insured are not follow the spray printing warranty rule..then the arguement start !!!! hahaha
