hi, anyone recommend which area of KULIM got good house to buy?

Kulim got too many houses scattered around, bought at wrong location, hard to sell later. Very likely can't sell one.
U should mention ur budget, what kind of house u want, SS or DS SemiD mah.
I don't think there will be new project launch since condition now not as good as b4. If u no hurry, shop around for reseller market, pick fr best suit u.

erm... i aim for rm100k to rm150k like that. thought at kulIm with this budget should get Semi D kut at least for a single storey. agreed, kulim there is totally over supply housing. I saw a lot taman nearby Hi Tech park (KTC) all hardly to sell...some more the KULIM Height construct and sell bangalore nearby Fire Station for >RM400K (crazy)....

i also aim for location such as Selasih or nearby Giant (under construct now). basically, place that easy can get chinese food and buying thing
