Hi guys. Got myself a PSP fat version 1002 with firmware 4.01 M33-2. My problem is the 2GB memory card which is now need to be 'force' to put in the card slot so it could be read (of course it's not original). Wanted to buy an original memory card... did some research & found out the Sony Mark2 Pro Duo Stick 8GB cost is rm379 http://www.sony.com.my/product/ms-mt8g. Unfortunately when walking around at Sg Wang today... the shops there are like selling it for rm399 (which is a rip-off IMHO). Another alternative is the SanDisk Pro Duo which I check under ViewNet the price is like rm189 (not sure it is original or not.... ) So would like to ask you gurus which one is better? After the trouble the non-original 2GB have cause, I seriously getting a original one but would like to get some feedback from you all. Should I get it now or perhaps on February? Help is needed

Yup... quite sure as when I tried using my friend's original Sony Memory Stick... it doesn't have any problem at all. So would you recommend a SanDisk 8GB or Sony 8GB?

There is fake Sandisk also being sold along with the fake Sony.

Cheapodude: Get Sandisk MSPD as it is cheaper and faster than Sony MSPD. Not sure about the Sony MarkII's speed though.

Also Sandisk have in agreement and license with Sony to produce the Memory Stick memories for Sony and themselves.

Thanks for the advise blurjoey. Yeah, know about the fake SanDisk after doing some research in the net. Guess SanDisk it is then. Thanks again everyone. smile.gif
