How to find actual transaction prices?, wants to know property's real value

Casual Junior Member 377 posts Joined: Jan 2003	I agree. Real estate agents mark up the prices sometimes 20-30% higher. Ask your bank mortgage guy for the last few actual transacted prices. The prices in the ads are misleading.
