Erm guys,i have a digi sim card which i never reload for 3 months d. So today when i on my phone the sim card service already terminated. How can i reactivate my sim card ah?

I think the number went to recycling liao.

try to go service centrr to request for reactivate the card...

lolz maybe u can call them up to check. if they havent reactivated the number yet?

I have a VIP DiGi number last time, also gone because i forget to topup.
I even speak with their 016-2211800's customer relation manager.

actually is depends ur number terminated for how long... if ur card just terminated, high chances to get back the number...

two very contradicting statements

maybe try to call to service centre and ask can get back the card or not...
coz last time my friend can get back his number after 3 months his card terminated... maybe he lucky...

Too bad, my friend's VIP number can't be retrieved back after 2 months. He have friends who work in DiGi, unfortunately the system couldn't activate his number already.

TS, just try your luck by calling DiGi customer service and walk in to their centre. Good luck

after 90days of reload expired date, ur number will be permanent erased u as the number owner

I've experienced it before. Minutes after my number got terminated, I called DiGi CS. They said it is not possible to recover the number no matter what...

Conclusion, just call up de CS to ask.. if cant den try again at Digi CS Centre..

you must go CS centra to check about it.. because for thisd case. call central working is slow.. you direct go there see they can direct do for you or not..

For DiGi, confirm cannot recover already.....
Because the customer relationship manager already told me very clearly, it's not possible to recover the number since it already deleted from the database.
He even offer me the same 4 last digit number but different first 3 digit because it's impossible to choose your desired number for the first 3 digit.

Most telco when its gone its gone ,.

Even my DiGi SIM has been terminated already after been inactive because I am using Hotlink now...

Time to change!

my number also recycled , NO: 0163131851 , if any body got that , I want to buy back with Honorable price. This sim is my Life and Death matter. Please if anybody can help, i will be proud to him forever.
