Based on your PM, I think your price is quite reasonable after putting into consideration of "RISKS" that incurred when buying them frm overseas e.g. top up insurance, custom duty, loss and damage in transit... Nissan GTR (R35) - Just browse the official FIA GT site... what a disappointment! after looking at the race 1 result in Silverstone... the Nissan backed GTR that conquered the 2008 Japan Super GT was smoked by it's competitors (e.g. Saleen S7, Maserati MC12 and Corvette Z06)....

As for the Reventons, Autoart currently have them in 1/43. But as for 1/18 scale, it just started to trickle in if I'm not wrong. A few weeks ago, you would need to pre-order.

Say, what scale are those black Mercs? They look gorgeous. I'm looking at 1/43 scale 2003 McLaren SLRs in different colours but cannot choose between Minichamps or Autoart. Which would you go for?

Kyosho Die Cast: Is there a RHD version of the Kyosho R35? I heard that Kyosho won't be making it... Anyway, I saw that one Ferrari 575 missing fom your cabinet. I beleieve it's the Team GPC Francorchamps #11 version? Was looking at it but bought something else instead.


Cheesenium: Don't think there is an R8 made by Autoart. I believe only Kyosho for now.
aurion5: My favourite BMW M sport has got to be the E46. Great shots of the E90 and nice special effects btw.
wei6048866: Yes, the AA R35 has better fittings but interior and engine wise, the Kyosho has a slight edge. They say that when you're in doubt, buy both !

I'm actually hunting for HPI's version of the R35 (1/43 scale). So far very difficult to find. Anybody got lobang? Their Lexus IS-F verion also very cun.

hokuan: my kyosho ferraris are display without jacking up but will rotate the wheels from time to time just to prevent it flatten.
but all my autoarts r jacking up due to Jasonist's experience with tyres melting issue. guess Kyosho's rubber are more durable than AAs.

subaru22b: u have initial d too? tat is simply a great haul! i use CF decal in water slide base.. kinda difficult to apply and alot of wastage. attempt many times untill no more left

ahmadial: if budget allows, of coz custom made cabinet will be perfect... with lights and layout according to ur choice... but note that it may cost few RMks to make those cabinets... otherwise the easiest way is to go to normal furniture shop and get those affordable ones which cost around RM200... i have mine for RM200 and i manage to modify it into few layers... this is the cabinet im talking bout...


saru88: ic... i tot those GTRs start from R30 to the current R35... well, i don mind to collect different colors since im more into variety... my JDM white series collection is just a coincidence that those cars are in white... but the black mercs are done on purpose...

as for the GTRs, i think its great to collect in different colors since the GTRs has some great paints like the Midnight Purple on the R34, R34 also looks fierce in black, i was hunting for it but failed in the end...  the R32 looks amazing on Gun Gray Metal... and the V-Spec II looks awesome in both white and silver coz the wheels are already very nice le... 

myke: well, the white itself indeed looks nice already... but i expect aa to come out in more colors.. they need to earn more money rite...?

i guess the main reason is tat its an aa... aa is known for fine quality diecasts... n heard its a limited edition as well, u wont see this model easily since its focused for Japan market only... besides that, i think this model has a firm promise on increasing value... once u got this model, ur guaranteed to sell it in higher price in future times, as long as u don break any parts of the car...

jchue73: well its a matter of time though... when time passes ur collection will grow...
