well, some suffer minor melting of the rims n minor bubbles on certain cars....unnoticeable by amateurs thou.... tongue.gif just have a good room temp....not too warm or damp... wipe without using chemicals coz it's not like a real car... water will do... smile.gif frequent cleaning & touching will deteriorate the chrome parts. ventilation is a must at times... that's all i've did to my models.... tongue.gif like i've read some of u guys prob, QC can be a factor too... sayang wor u buy ur favourite car but ended up melting here n there....sure *&%$#@ one.... doh.gif

whoaa.... keeping them in a closet safe n sound would be ok if the temp is right.... warm temp will make da car suffer more.... cry.gif so for me i hate it to happen. so sometimes i switched to plastic modelkits....if i'm a bit lazy to build i switch to die cast again... tongue.gif now i dunno where to put this 4.... my dad la recently bought em... biggrin.gif

QUOTE(saru88 @ Jan 3 2009, 04:29 AM)
Hi... I'm back from my hometown...

as promised, I'm gonna post my humble collection since young age...

1st pic is my 'proper' 1:18 die-cast models.
L-R: Toyota Land Cruiser, Ford Mustant Mach III, Ferrari F40 (Made in Italy), Lincoln Limousine, Ferrari 348ts, Lamborghini Diablo.

2nd pic is my 'improper' 1:24 die-cast models in the box.. as u can see, some have missing tires, repainted, etc. Not really into 1:24.

i've taken individual pics for my 1:18... but the pics are too big... jz back from hometown, lazy to resize it... haha...
maybe later...

enjoy~

hehehe....for newbies surely sayang to spend on the overrated GTR(which causes the price to shoot up due to demand & supply n makes shops even greedier doh.gif ) perhaps starting with normal entry level is good enough biggrin.gif like maisto or bburago... later on when have the money can aim for kyosho, Autoart, minichamps, ixo, vitesse, ertl, trofeu, ebbro and HPI diecasts laugh.gif

for bburago n maisto 1/18 is about rm139 liddat... biggrin.gif 1/18 autoart can range from rm350 n above..... 1/18 kyosho rm350 n above as well... laugh.gif if u're lucky enough u may get a little bit cheaper at bargain prices... brows.gif browse around the forum to see anyone letting off their diecasts at attractive prices... biggrin.gif
