hi guys, anyone into Panerai watches?
I'm quite an Omega fan but just recently find Panerai quite interesting...

i own Omega Seamaster 300m Quartz (mid-size) & Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean (Big size)

my next consideration would be Panerai Base Logo (PAM00000)
what do you guys think?

guys,
i'm planning to DIY a watch winder...
maybe some of you can share some experience and projects that you have done?

in my mind now i'm planning to get a stepper motor and program it to rotate like those Orbita winders.

Here is my Seamaster Planet Ocean, Big Size Orange Bezel smile.gif
it is one nice watch to own and wear as the orange bezel give a little sporty-ness and ppl will occasionally peep at your wrist smile.gif

anyone interested in a 1 round/minute rotating "mini turntable" ?
what can it be used for???

Ans: DIY it to keep your auto watches moving

cost wise, not more than RM50

ok i will show the pictures tonight...
actually the only DIY you need to do is how you want your watch to be placed on the rotating platter.
if you guys are interested then i can try bring in the product smile.gif

wow...i would be interested but looking to fit at least 6 watches

If 6 watches, then buy 6 units
but if you are creative and able to DIY for 6 watches, it is possible... the motor is low speed, high torque.
it can easily rotate a 1 litre vodka bottle when i tested it.

yes - i'd be interested in a turntable like that! at least i wouldn't have to wind mine up every time i wore them!

anyway, just to share; took some pics a couple of weeks ago.
