Guys, If you're going to buy a Rolex, where would you go to ? There's this particular model which I like. Went to HG at KLCC today, the salesgal there was like..well she behaves like she owns the rolex company itself and you're not good enough for a rolex, then I went to another AD, not good too.. I'm no regular to these outlets, I know very little about watches. Only thing is..I saw someone wearing this model and I really liked it and I would like to get one too but I don't know where to get a good price for it. The list price for this watch is about RM25K. |

Biker, maybe you've got that look to carry a Rolex !!!
Well, I was in my jeans and slippers, don't intend to dress any differently just bacause I'm going shopping for something different. And maybe I don't have that look or style or didn't bring along a sugar daddy.. |

How long did RSC take to do that?
My new rolex was sent back a month ago and I was just found out i can only get it back in two months time, that means they're taking 3 months to get the problems fixed. The watch's only 4 months old. I sent it through the AD where I bought the watch. It's a sports model. The moment I walked in to hand in the watch, the salesgirl immediately told me the warranty doesn't cover 'waterproof', mind you, mine's a water sports model which has yet to see 'water-use'. My only consolation now is RSC is repairing this watch without additional expense to me, i was told. That is why my AD said they never bothered to call me to update me. A 2nd salesgirl accused me of not screwing back the crown hence the discolored dial. If you know a better AD with better informed salesperson, I'm interested. |

QUOTE(patryn33 @ May 16 2010, 11:51 PM) waterproof, no watch company will put that on the warranty. water resistance, yes. ...so I dug out the warranty booklet..and yes, rolex's oystercase is guaranteed to be 'waterproof' to a depth of 100m, for this model...its unfortunate u encounter such poor service. ...and it's supposed to remain 'waterproof' to a certain depth with the crown unscrewed. btw, i just found out, mine's not water problem, it's defective, in s'pore now waiting from some parts form switzerland |
