a 1990 rolex datejust is ~0.3 of today's datejust MSRP. U can argue U bought it for less and made money, hey due to inflation even if U sold it, U can never afford a 2010 model without paying more.

U can find many used ones online or ebay for around US$700-1K but U may end up spending US$1-2K to fix it if U go to AD. few ppl know how to fix these clocks in Asia. new thru AD would cost U ~US$5K.
