you can try goin to dermalogist/skin specialist.The famous one is KL ( Wisma PKNS near to SOGO) Dr Nathan.I asked before.Price : RM 3k ++ few session.You can pay by installment too.
Another famous one is in subang area.
If you dont want to go thru laser procedure as it's too expensive,then you really need to go thru the pain procedure which you must endure the pain.
