I really like Chery Eastar, wanted to buy one already until yesterday I went for a test drive. The dashboard finishing is not so nice. The edge to edge has some gap! And the dashboard material looks not so good. But this is not major issue. I started my test drive with SA. I accelerated and the engine response not so fast but still accetable. But when I pull off the accelerator, the gearbox will feel like "pulling" and drop gear like that... Then I kicked down during mid way driving, it took 1 sec plus to start accelerate.. Kinda disappointing. Or it's my expectation too high?
