saya baru buat scv di SC pj for my 1000km,memang mendukacita kan saya,sampai kat sana jam 12 tghari,bila masuk kat kaunter kena berdiri dkt 15min sb nak tggu svc advisor busy online,buat tak tau jer kat saya yg dah berdiri lama kat situ,bila dia attend,theres no word of appology,bila bagitau byk complaint,dia cakap itu biasa bang tapi tak boleh nk buat semua sb tak cukup staff,svc advicor dia pun mcm tak tau sgt pasal kereta nie,asyik2 cakap tak sure,end up kereta siap pukul 6pm,punya la lama tggu.byk complaint yg saya bagitau tak buat,masih ada bunyi angin,bau yg masuk dlm kereta.if any of the chery salesman,staff orpeople working in chery is reading this,PLS TAKE URGENT ACTION,pls mind that word of mouth is much faster and more efficient than your advertisement about the car.
