I wish to express the same gratitude and acknowledgment to all the pioneers here especially Enigma, Dynasan, Zaizu etc. for my decision to finally grab this MPV. Hope it is the right decision. We were actually waiting for Proton MPV. After seeing this MPV, test-driving and considering all pros and cons, everything changed! My wife and five growing kids really love this car! I was given an ultimatum, either this one or Estima...so this is my (pocket's) decision...my family's decision...Eastarma!!!

hi all, I've been driving my eastar for the past three days, enjoying the first free full tank. The only problem found so far is the common fogging on the headlamp. On Fc, I could not tell you yet since at the moment, I did not pay much attention to it. As for riding comfortability with big family, all the past agony have gone. I'm happy with this car. The acceleration is so good eventhough on paper it is only 127hp. U need only to experience to believe it!

But,...a stone as big as bola tennis had already hit my car...hu..hu..hu.. so sad laa

jalan sg. buloh-kuala selangor, about 500 mtr from Merbau Sempak's traffic light. Culprit: lorry bw batu coming from opposite direction...need to cover the 'spot', which is just 5 inch above the left headlamp with sticker for the time being

yes, there is a small hole. Other 3 eastars I checked also have the same. Perhaps, it's a standard one ma!!! don't know what the function

I went to sc today to get my fogging lamp and a slightly loose door panel fixed. All done, perfectly. Also happy to meet another 5 happy eastars' owners there. Despite some problems faced, mostly minor (interior), all seem to be very-very satisfied with eastars' performance and fuel consumption.

i also met my goodhearted SA. She told me something about the price of our sparepart.
This is the story: One eastar owner got his/her bumper replaced today (damaged in accident (if i'm not mistaken)) and the new bumper costs only rm 300. Cheap ma!!! U can verify this with Linda...

just came back frm kampung, full tank really can go more than 600 km, engine very smooth...
already changed to semi leather seat at DK Schweizer
....waiting feedback frm u all about our next TT...enigma, any suitable date to propose?

average speed 100 KMH...highest speed 120 KMH (wife dah jeling)...tiptronic manual not used. travelled to Tumpat Kelantan with full tank at Shell Kepong.

spent 2k for my semi leather.. don't know whether expensive or not but very satisfied with the job !!

this Saturday night is fine with me, what about others? care to give your feedback!!

correction, i got it done for 2k, not Ik and it was a discounted price since I did it thru 'someone'. Rm 2700 is a normal price. Even I asked after that (directly like you) the quotation of the same material for my perodua car (minus two bigger seats), they gave me RM 1,900. Only hundred ringgit less than Eastar!!!

Dear all,
So far I've not experienced any overheating symptoms with my car, but I notice that my radiator fan only on when acc is on and then it goes after that with no on and off like a normal radiator fan. I suspect a faulty sensor but yet to confirm it with SC. Anyone having similar problem and solution pls let me know

mine is semi-leather, not FULL, at the cost of 2k. If u r interested in FULL LEATHER, one of our eastar user can help to get it installed at the cost of RM2100 only!!!
