ive just upgrade 1st gen ipod touch to 1.15.

My itunes version is 8.0.

can i upgrade 1.15 to 2.2 str8?

when upgrading from 1.15 to 2.0, do i have to downgrade my itunes? downgrade to 7.7 or 7.5?

go search for firmware 2.0 den dl it. after u dl it go to ur itunes. while u click on restore hold shift, den click on firmware 2.0.

go to youtube. type firmware 2.0 den they got give the sauce for firmware 2.0 1. This is how i got mine.
