Can't use paid application of Apple?

im a proud new owner of Ipod Touch 8 gb...juz bought it 5 days...n since then never been a part more than 3 minute...hehehe....its really cool man..... ...hope u guys can help me if got prob k...

Is thr no other way beside having itune gift card to register an itune account?(no cc also), because from the previous reviews when register touch online also need an itune account coz i bought my ipod touch tru ebay. izzit mean touch online register mean de warranty? sorry for my noob question

i think you miss the point of the 'jailbreak' thing.

they are not copying whatso ever code la. i doubt you can copy also. lulz.. what you mention is crack app, they just bypass the authorized issue, DRM. That's illegal alright. and it is not a new program, just bypassing. Same goes to those pirated pc games.

The main point of JB is let user to customize your own little machine (touch/iphone), not let Apple controlling your device instead. Before appstore, there are all sort of apps flying around. Due to stupid restriction of SDK, some apps won't be able to appear on the appstore. That why we need JB. JB is legal in sense that users can do whatever they want with their hardware that they have purchased. And btw, JB also helps with Apple itself. Do you hear of steve jobs mention about 'cat and mouse game'? lulz.. It can help Apple to find more loopholes and security issue, bla bla bla.. lulz..

So, you can't say all app in JB are totally illegal, some are cracks but some are not.

Ginolo and proclaimer, the dvdvideosoft can rip dvds, there's an option there, i havent tried it myself though, in the day ill try and post up whether it works or not okay?
