Juz wondering if the speed of the burning process affects the quality of the burnt CD/DVD..

Right nw I'm burning at 48x (7,200 kb/s)
Is tht ok? Cuz my burnt CD spoils veri often..

I burn songs to play in my car..

may or may not affect the quality... depends on your burner also.. i used the max speed to burn my CD and DVD... but there was once the CD spoilt and i burn few more times also the same.. after that i reduce the speed and try again... then no problem dy... if you have no problem with the high speed burning then just stick with it.. smile.gif no harm...

My suggestion is to use max 12x speed only during burning..
So far i had no prblm using this speed to burn audio or movie cd.. thumbup.gif
But if u use it to copy cd 2 cd..make sure lar ur original cd is in good condition or else..using 8x speed still got some error.. sweat.gif

for audio cd, the lower the better. For data cd, max speed is fine. Just make sure u use grade A cd. thats all..

maybe you should try reducing the speed, just to 12x would be enough? No need to hurry if u want to make sure the CD comes out the best

I used 8x-12x for DVD and 24x for CD, never burn at max speed. And make sure u use the high quality media such as Mitsubishi & verbatim
